مدة الإرجاع
يمكنك إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.
شروط الإرجاع
- يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم
- يجب أن يكون في عبوته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف
- يجب إرفاق فاتورة الشراء أو إثبات الطلب
- المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة لا يمكن إرجاعها لأسباب صحية
المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع
- المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها
- العينات والمنتجات المجانية
- المنتجات المشتراة بتخفيض أكثر من 50%

- اذكر رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع
- سنرسل لك تعليمات الإرجاع وملصق الشحن
- أرسل المنتج عبر شركة الشحن المعتمدة
الاسترداد
بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع والتحقق من حالته، سيتم رد المبلغ خلال 5-10 أيام عمل إلى نفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة في الشراء.

- Purchase receipt or order confirmation must be included
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

- Free samples and promotional items
- Products purchased at more than 50% discount
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions and a shipping label
- Ship the product via our approved courier
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
